CLLA Eastern Region Conference attendees enjoyed networking at the Welcoming Party held in the Bowery Chandelier Room at the Hyatt Union Square.

November 6, 2025

Attendees enjoyed and earned CLE/CEU credits from five educational programs on topics that benefited agencies, forwarders and attorneys alike. Topics included Artificial Intelligence and what it has to offer the industry, a discussion of how the current political and economic landscape will impact all three facets of the triadic system, and a discussion on future legislative changes that may impact collection agencies. A panel of bankruptcy judges discussed current issues, and there was a great discussion on civility, collegiality and ethics in communications.
